This is why our co-owner James Robertshaw visits local auction marts every week to handpick the best to supply our in house butchers with the tastiest local meat available. James knows his way around livestock and was taught how to select the best by his father Andrew, who started Keelham in the 1970s, and his Grandad Harry, who ran a butchers shop in Halifax, well before people had cars to be able to access us here.
