It's Mother's Day on Sunday and we are running a great activity for the kids to make a lovely present for Mum and raise some money for charity too. This month we are raising money for Marie Curie Cancer Care in aid of their Great Daffodil Appeal and all proceeds from the 'Wrap a rose' activity which costs £1 goes to the charity. The activity runs until Sunday from 10am-6pm on our activity table in Home and Garden which is by some of our animals for the kids to see too. They can choose a synthetic rose - so we don't get any pricked little fingers - decorate it with bows, glitter, stickers and other embellishments, wrap it in cellophane and add a gift tag for mum with their own message.
Plus on Saturday and Sunday this week all mums can collect their Mother's Day gift from us - we think all Mums deserve a treat!
