We are seeking a Front of House Assistant Manager to ensure we cover our open hours and continue to provide leadership and a great customer experience in our restaurant and mezzanine café within our farm shop in Skipton. You will support the Head Chef and management team in running our very busy restaurant and our self-serve mezzanine café.
You will play a key role in the organisation and delivery of an amazing food experience and customer service which includes our internal and external events. You will help to organise staff rotas and implement coaching to support the team in developing their skills. You will be able to demonstrate experience of good leadership and front of house customer service skills within a busy restaurant or café environment. You are a good communicator and team player, have energy, drive and passion with an eye for presentation and detail.
