We are strengthening our central management team by recruiting an Operations Manager who will work closely with the Farmshop management teams and will report directly to the Head of Retail. Proven senior level food retail operational management and experience of delivering results is essential.
You will lead and implement new initiatives, cost controls and operational developments across our two farmshops in Thornton, Bradford West Yorkshire and Skipton North Yorkshire. Your role is to maximize sales and profitability, execute the customer experience, identify and address areas of operational weakness and develop opportunities. You will own operational KPI’s which includes validation of results, cost reduction initiatives and managing improvement plans.
In order to fulfill this role effectively you will have costing, analytical and financial acumen, commercial awareness, strong IT, communication and leadership skills. You will be a persuasive communicator, results driven and able to engage our team members at all levels to bring about effective change and continuous operational improvements.
