You will be responsible for proactively leading the team to manage, check and book in £350,000 of goods, the role involves ordering, leading the farm shop stock counts and audits and ensuring accurate information and inventory. You will work closely with the farm shop department managers to meet product demand and availability to deliver a great customer experience. Developing good relationships with teams and suppliers are important to us and you will manage delivery slots and schedules effectively.
The proactive management of discrepancies and production of accurate information and reporting for finance is essential. Excellent cost control, high level numerical, analytical and IT skills are essential. You will be able to demonstrate good experience of warehouse management, Ecommerce, waste management and health and safety.
A proven track record of managing a busy challenging warehouse with multiple daily deliveries, the ability to lead a team, communicate verbally and in writing effectively and deliver continuous improvements are required.
