Keelham is open and our teams are here to help serve all your shopping needs

We appreciate that the news of Coronavirus will be worrying our customers. We’re adhering to all Government guidelines and keeping abreast of all the announcements as they change on a daily and even hourly basis.

The wellbeing of our customers and team is of paramount importance, so we want you to have confidence when shopping with us and be re-assured that we’re doing everything to keep you and our team members safe and healthy.

Last month we, once again, received a five-star food hygiene rating and we’re being super vigilant across the shop, ensuring that is continually cleaned and disinfected. Trollies, baskets, till and counter areas are all being repeatedly serviced.


Dropping in for a coffee, breakfast or lunch

If you’re popping into our Mezzanine café for a coffee or sweet treat, you’ll notice the service has changed. We’ve covered our cakes on the display and we’re serving you from behind the counter.

In the Keelham Kitchen, we’re ensuring that guests are seated apart, to support social distancing. There’s hand sanitiser available around the shop so that customers can keep their hands clean and our customer toilets are being checked every hour to ensure that they’re clean and stocked with soap (don’t forget to sing happy birthday, twice).

We’ll make sure you’re informed about any changes to our opening hours, if we have to alter these.


We’re working hard to keep well stocked for you, across all our shop and counters

Whilst it’s fair to say, we’ve seen some challenges with availability of some products (toilet roll and pasta have been particularly popular), we’re working closely with suppliers to keep our shelves and counters stocked and replenished to ensure you can get all your grocery needs and all your favourite Keelham goodies. The teams across deli, bakery, butchery, greengrocery, wine shop and your core grocery range are confident that we’re able to ensure you can shop fully and keep well stocked. Should this change, we’ll make sure we keep you informed.


Bringing the taste of Keelham to your door

As we realise that some of our customers may be reluctant to venture outdoors or for those who are already self-isolating, we’re offering a home delivery service for all your shopping and a hot food delivery service from our Keelham Kitchen menu.

We’re also offering a call/click and collect service. You can place your order online or over the phone to one of our team. We’ll then prepare and come out to the car park with it, when you arrive.

We hope these services will give you some further peace of mind, in a time when we are all somewhat uncertain. We’ll share more detail, order forms and price lists with you via email and social media over the next 48 hours. If you’re not online, we will also be posting these forms through the doors around the local areas across the next few days.
