After getting the nod from Boris, we're delighted to announce that we'll be reopening the Keelham Kitchen very soon!
We’ll be doing so fully in line with government guidelines and our number one priority is making sure our diners and team members are safe. If you are unwell in any way, please do not visit the restaurant.
Here are some quickfire questions and answers that will hopefully give you an insight into what our reopening will look like.

What date are we reopening?
Wednesday 8th July 2020
What days will we be open?
We'll be open from Monday to Sunday.
What will our opening times be?
The restaurant will be open from Monday to Saturday 8am to 4pm and Sunday 9am to 3pm.
What will the menu availability look like?
Monday – Saturday
Breakfast Menu 8am - 11:30am / Lunch Menu 12pm - 4pm
Breakfast Menu 9am -11:30am / Sunday Lunch Menu 12pm - 3pm
How many tables will there be?
We'll have ten tables available to book in the restaurant itself and an additional five tables outside in Keelham Courtyard, perfect for al fresco dining. These tables will be available weather permitting.
How many people can dine on one table?
We'll be able to accommodate groups of up to six people. Please note that we can only take a 'group' booking for members of (not more than) two households.
How can I pay?
For the time being, we are accepting card payments only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash payments at this time.
Will there be outdoor seating?
We’re extremely excited to announce that we’ll opening an outside seating area called the Keelham Courtyard. This will comprise of up to five tables. If you have booked a table here and the weather becomes bad, you’ll be seated inside.
Can I access a toilet?
Our main customer toilets will be open as normal. There will also be access to our downstairs accessible toilet and baby change facility. We have increased the frequency of our cleaning to help protect people when using.
Are children allowed?
Children are more than welcome although they must be supervised at all times.
How do I book a table?
We now have a brand-new online booking system which can be accessed on our website. Click here to get started on your booking. We will be taking online bookings until further notice.
Will we accept walk-ins?
We will only accept walk-ins if tables are available there and then. A team member on our host station will be able to quickly advise on table availability to prevent any queuing. We would strongly urge people to book tables in advance to avoid disappointment.
How will we keep customers safe?
- We will open a separate entrance, for Keelham Kitchen diners only, so there's no need to walk through the shop.
- Hand sanitizer will be available at entrances, exits and seating areas.
- We have socially distanced tables in line with government advice.
- Our fully trained team members will be working with full protective equipment.
- There will be minimal contact time at the tables between the team and the diners. Each table will be designated one front of house team member only.
- We will have a reduced team in the restaurant and kitchen to adhere to social distancing and keep each other and our guests safe.
Will The Mezzanine be open?
The Mezzanine cafe will remain closed until further notice. We've got some great plans in the pipeline so watch this space!
Where can I view the menus?
Our menus are available to see under the 'Menus' tab at the top of the page.
Just to be on the safe side, we’ll be asking for each individual guest’s name. This is to help support the NHS Test and Trace system. This will be compulsory for all diners. Information will be retained for 21 days. Thank you for your understanding.
