Introducing our new breweries:

BAD Co (Dishforth) is a craft brewer and distiller who only started in March 2014, but they’ve already gathered a big following in beer circles and plenty of awards. For the first time we’re moving into the craft can movement and are excited to be one of the first retailers in the North to stock BAD Co’s innovative new range of cans.

Mum/wife Anne is sales, casking, bartender and daughter Kat is the designer and marketing department. They brewed their first commercial beer in June 2014 and produce a modest 1000 litres a year, experimenting with ingredients and styles to make distinctive and flavourful ales.

They make hoppy, ‘big’ beers using unusual flavours like grapefruit, gooseberry and sea salt. We can’t wait to see what you think of their cans.

Vocation Brewery (Hebden Bridge) only started in May 2015 and they’ve already been voted in the top 10 best breweries by the aficionados at Untappd.com. Why not try some of the best new beers on the street?

Great Yorkshire Brewery (Pickering) make real, honest beer with Yorkshire water, British barley, malt, yeast, whole hops and nothing else. They’re a firm favourite and classic choice.

Northern Monk Brewing Company (Leeds) Like the monks before them, Northern Monk is committed to creating the highest quality beers combining the best of traditional monastic brewing with the best of both local and internationally sourced ingredients, crafting beers to excite and remember.
