An international award winning super smooth classic 42% ABV London dry gin with a base of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica Root gently overlaid with signature botanicals of sweet Hawthorn Berries, Billberries, peaty, earthy Bog Myrtle, home grown garden Thyme with a gentle hint of fresh lemon citrus.
Most of these botanicals grown in the North Yorkshire Countryside so you get a sense of where it is from. This is a truly traditional style of London dry.
This Gin was awarded Best International Gin and the only gin to win a Double Gold Medal at the American Distilling Institute Awards in 2018. It has won Silver Outstanding at the IWSC.
Serving
Best served over ice and don’t be shy with your measure of gin. Just add a splash or two of a plain regular tonic with a garnish of a fresh sprig of woody garden Thyme or even Rosemary which gives it a beautiful garden freshness or simply just Juniper Berries. We favour Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water or their Skinny Tonic Water as it has just the right amount of everything so as to compliment your Gin and Tonic rather than adding any unwanted flavours in or the plainest tonic you can find. The Gin is the star of the show.
Tasting notes
This gin is totally unfiltered so when served over ice, it may turn a little cloudy as the oils come out of solution but this way, it does not loose its nose, taste and unique character when served.

Distilled in limited batches and lovingly bottled and labelled by hand at Whitaker's family home.
